Forced to rate to use app

Im not optimistic about an app that forces you to rate before using it. The app should speak for itself. Never have I used an app that does this. Absolutely terrible first experience.

I downloaded the app for fishing knots primarily. The selection is poor with only 6 knots. Not even Palomar knot ( the simplest and one of the strongest knot ) is not listed. App is
